At 2BAR Spirits, our mission is clear: to produce exceptional whiskey worthy of sharing with friends and family. A whiskEy worthy of celebration, offered at an approachable price point.

HISTORY

The 2BAR name is an homage to Nathan Kaiser’s family ranch in South Texas; where for over a century the 2BAR name has stood for quality, independence, and hard work. Nathan Kaiser, inspired by stories of his family's prohibition era moonshining, established 2BAR Spirits in Seattle in 2010, staying true to the ethos of the ranch.

Starting from local grain we mill, mash, ferment, age and bottle on-site. We are committed to keeping every part of our production process in house, ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility. With an all-female production team, we embrace diversity and innovation. We strive to be a positive force in our community, and want to create a whiskey that inspires people to gather and share.
